About the Role

Recytronics is hiring an Outreach Sales and Marketing Executive to expand client acquisition across EPR compliance services, bulk e-waste collection, and corporate recycling programmes. This role involves building relationships with producers, importers, IT companies, and government organisations that need compliant e-waste disposal and EPR target fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients requiring EPR compliance, bulk e-waste collection, or corporate recycling services.
• Develop outreach campaigns targeting producers, importers, and bulk waste generators across India.
• Present Recytronics recycling and EPR compliance solutions to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and proposals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in the e-waste management and sustainability sector.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and revenue targets using CRM tools.
• Research industry trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory updates related to e-waste and EPR.
• Represent Recytronics at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability conferences.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outreach marketing.
• Experience in waste management, recycling, environmental services, or sustainability sector preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand and explain EPR regulations and recycling compliance requirements to clients.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
