Social Media Manager

About the Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to lead content creation, campaign execution, and community engagement across platforms. If you're a creative strategist with 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, this role offers the opportunity to shape our brand's digital presence in the fast-growing e-waste recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Manage and run online campaigns and ads to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform strategy.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and performance KPIs.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments, messages, and build relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO, email marketing, and other digital activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental causes is a plus.
